Tania joined JCF in October 2022 and has been in Property Management for over 21 years. Before starting in Block Management, she worked in the prime property sector for over 15 years with a bespoke high end local developer based in Roehampton. During her time there she was responsible for all rental tenancies, property sales, funding for new build developments, project management of renovations along with planning and inception of newly built residential homes.
Since moving on from her Roehampton role she has worked in Block Management across the South of England and dealt with several developers taking over newly built homes and estates, the largest of which was in excess of 1,000 mixed units (Houses & Apartment blocks).
