City of Westminster

JCF manages properties in Mayfair and in the Marylebone area that range from larger blocks of 20 units, through to a smaller blocks and single properties.

Croydon

JCF manages several properties in the north Croydon area and nearby. Our Croydon properties include individual flats and we manage nearby properties of various sizes, including medium-sized blocks and much larger blocks of 100+ units.

Hammersmith and Fulham

JCF manages numerous properties in the SW6 area. Several of the properties in this area are blocks between 10 and 20 units, with the others being smaller (1-5 units) and some much larger, with 100 units.

Hounslow

JCF oversees and range of properties in west Hounslow, particularly in the Chiswick area. The properties closest to this area are in the small to medium size (1 – 10 units each) and we manage numerous other medium to large properties nearby that have 20 – 100+ units.

Kensington and Chelsea

JCF oversees a mix of properties in Chelsea, Kensington and the South Kensington area. Some of our properties in this area are individual flats, others are properties with a small number of dwellings and others are medium-sized blocks with 20+ units.

Kingston Upon Thames

JCF manages several properties in the Kingson upon Thames and New Malden area, ranging from single apartments to properties with 10+ units. Just south of this area we also manage several much larger blocks of 50 units and 100+ units.

Lambeth

JCF manages properties in west Lambeth and the neighbouring Wandsworth of all sizes and types. These include small properties in Brixton through to medium-sized blocks of 10+ units, through to much larger blocks of 100+ units in Balham, Clapham and nearby.

Richmond Upon Thames

JCF manages a wide mix of properties in the Richmond, Twickenham and Kew areas. Our properties in these areas range from single flats to blocks with 10+ units to larger blocks with 30+ units. Nearby we manage blocks that are larger still, with 100+ units.

Wandsworth and Putney

Based in Putney, JCF is the leading provider of property management services in the Wandsworth and Putney area, managing over 200 properties in this area that collectively contain in excess of 2000 units.

We manage all types of property in the borough, from large blocks with 100+ flats, to medium sized properties, to commercial premises to many individual houses and flats.

Merton and Wimbledon

Being based in south west London, JCF manages a very large range of properties in the Merton area. In particular, we have many properties in Wimbledon and nearby that range from single flats right the way up to blocks that contain 140+ units.

Sutton

JCF manages all types of property on the outskirts of the Borough of Sutton, including in nearby Croydon, Wimbledon and New Malden. Our services cover the full mix of property types and sizes, from single houses and flats through to larger blocks of flats that include 10+, 50+ and 100+ units.
