    • Please note that in certain circumstances we are obliged to send correspondence by post in addition to email., usually Section20 Notices for example.
    • Under RICS regulation, we require your written permission to send out your personal accounts document by email.
    • This permission can be given by your choice indication on this form, or you can send us an email to info@jcfpropertymanagement.com or to your property manager.
