Lettings Management You Can Rely On
We have been managing rented properties in London and particularly in Putney and the surrounding areas for over 30 years. We are the specialists when it comes to residential property lettings and Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) management. We have become known for our quick and personal service, our ability to maintain good relationships with tenants, and for having the team and infrastructure in place to rapidly deal with issues as they arise. Many of our clients have been with us from the beginning and most of our new clients come from local recommendations.
We work with a variety of clients, from long term landlords with large portfolios of properties to new landlords who own a single property. Whatever your circumstances, if you would prefer your property be managed by a professional team that you can rely on, don’t hesitate to contact us to find out more.
Finding The Right Tenants For you
The task of finding good tenants can be a headache for landlords, so we remove that pain by handling the entire lettings process. From valuing your property, to finding your tenants, to checking references to getting the legalities in order, we take care of everything.
Our lettings process, highlighted below, is thorough and is designed to find the best tenants for your property. We take a brief from you on any particular restrictions you have on types of tenant – e.g. pet owners or smokers – and we properly check the tenants’ references and conduct credit checks. We then handle the signing of the tenancy agreements, typically for an initial 12 months. Your property’s inventory is then conducted by an independent inventory clerk before we notify the utility companies of the tenancy start date so there are no issues with tenant debts.
Professionally Managing The Tenancy
After 30 years in property management, we have become experts in the day-to-day handling of tenants and of landlords’ properties. We lift the burden of property inspections, maintenance issues and rent collections from landlords’ shoulders.
